Last week, I was reminded of something simple, yet deeply stirring — a truth tucked in the words of a dear Pastor: “Faith doesn’t make things easy; it makes them possible.”
We often come to God hoping that faith will clear the path, remove the mountains, and silence the storms. But more often than not, faith doesn’t eliminate the struggle — it gives us strength to endure it.
Faith didn’t stop the fire for the three Hebrew boys, but it ensured they weren’t alone in it.
Faith didn’t cancel the cross for Jesus, but it guaranteed resurrection on the other side.
Faith is not a shortcut; it’s a lifeline. It is what holds us when reason fails, what steadies us when the waves rise, and what pushes us forward when nothing else makes sense.
It doesn’t promise ease — it promises presence, power, and possibility.
So today, even if the journey feels hard, remember: it’s not ease you need — it’s faith. Because with God, possible is always on the table.
